The Abbotsford Guest House is set in a beautiful traditional Edinburgh Victorian townhouse in the heart of Edinburgh. We are situated only a short 15 minute walk to the World famous Princes Street, and also benefit from free on street car parking. The Guest House is owned and run by a very well respected and established Scottish Italian family, who will ensure that your stay in Edinburgh is an enjoyable and comfortable one. The Abbotsford, which is perfectly located near to the major tourist sights of the city, is an idea place to stay whether you are on holiday or on business.
Prices start from £35 per person per night,
which includes breakfast.
Paola and the Crolla family, will be on hand to offer helpful advice and service to make your visit to Edinburgh as wonderful as possible. As part of your stay with us, you can also enjoy a delicious Scottish, continental or fully cooked breakfast in our spacious dining room.
The Abbotsford has 8 bed rooms, including: single, double, twin and family options as well as en-suite shower and toilet facilities. All the rooms, which are supplied with fresh towels and are serviced on a daily basis, have coffee and tea making facilities, a television and fully centrally heated – ensuring that there is plenty of hot water.
